Print Keyes Packaging Group of Wenatchee, Washington, is proud to announce the acquisition of NuForm Packaging, Inc. of Tisdale, Saskatchewan. The transaction is structured as a purchase of assets.
NuForm Packaging, Inc. produces apple, avocado and specialty trays from molded fiber. NuForm will continue to operate in Tisdale for a period of time to serve its existing customers. In the future, NuForm's equipment will be integrated into the Wenatchee facility. Garry Beaudette, President and C.E.O. of NuForm will join Keyes in a management role.
